3-Sections, 75mm. Half Bowl, Carbon fiber tubes & magnesium die castings give the 351MVB2 video tripod great stability, high load capability & great max height with an ergonomic and easy-to-use and compact design. In addition, a new leg angle selector has been developed for adjusting the leg angle in a quick, easy and precise way. Inside the 501HDV takes its inspiration from our top professional video head models – a fixed counterbalance spring (set for a typical weight of camera + accessories of 2.5kg) that helps ensure both smoother tilt movements & greater equipment safety even when tilt locks are inadvertently left off. The easy-to-reach on/off switch allows the counterbalance system to be disengaged or re-engaged for different filming setups. The 501HDV inherits its separate pan and tilt locks, gradual tilt friction adjustment system, flat base (with standard 3/8-Inch thread), quick release camera plate and repositionable pan bar from its successful predecessor.
